申请标准
◇　喜欢315论坛，愿意为315论坛建设做出贡献
◇　在某技术方面有较高的水平
◇　在论坛表现热情、耐心，无灌水倾向
◇　有长时间的上网条件
◇　在论坛积分满500分(可以酌情考虑)
◇　主动到事务管理版块提出申请,如果想申请技术版的版主需要提交5条技术含量高的贴子链接，可以是回复话题
