服务中国,深圳乡情网周年庆典活动(活动召集中)
[size=3]值此服务中国开通一周年之际，深圳乡情网成立三周年，让我们共聚网络社区，或焙茗清谈，或把酒言欢，或载歌载舞，或随意而发，激扬文字，指点江山，针砭时弊，畅所欲言，相交不言深，相聚需尽欢。让网络世界的我们在这里展现更真实的自我，让我们用热情拥抱这个春天，让这轮春日更加绚丽灿烂。欢迎您，我的朋友，期待着您的出现！！！
经过筹委会前期的筹备工作，服务中国、深圳乡情网网友这次活动安排大致确定：
[b]一、活动名称[/b]：深圳乡情网成立周年暨乡情社区网友联欢聚会
*活动主题：网友联欢——深圳乡情网：乡情、亲情、友情;
服务中国：机遇，发展，沟通，分享;
*活动意义：庆祝我们两大平台周年庆典，建立友好的交流平台，促进网友间的互相交流
*活动时间：[color=#ff0000]6月9日[/color]
*活动地点：深圳市银湖渡假村
*费用AA制，非盈利性：活动费用八十元，本次活动包括：晚宴，场地布置，活动，本次活动全程光盘1张，当期《缘份》杂志一本（因当期杂志会刊登本次活动的全程）（快递费用由主办方承担）
[b]二、组委会成员与职责[/b]
活动总策化：袁子弹
活动组委会成员：袁子弹、中国小龙、玻璃蝴蝶、小雨、飘渺、贝贝、太阳雨、西儿、服务中国、博客教主、肖周、魔宗、Elinor
一）节目组：
节目策划人：两名，负责本次节目安排
节目主持人：男女各两名，担任本次聚会的节目主持
二）外勤组：
媒介负责人：负责活动期间对外联络组织工作，负责此次活动联系各个网站及媒体；网站、媒体宣传报道策划运作。
三）后勤部：（部长两名）
接待人员：八名，负责活动接待、迎宾等事项
联络人员：六名，负责相关报名参会人员的联络召集
宣传人员：负责本次活动的宣传、推广，若干名
四）财务部： 部长一名、成员两名，负责活动期间后勤财务工作
五）采购部： 部长一名、成员六名到十名，负责活动的食物的采购工作
六）网站报道组：
相片摄影者：二名到四名，负责本次活动的摄影工作，自带数码相机
DV摄影师：已经有专业的人士负责了，负责本次活动整个过程的拍摄工作
网站文字报道：两名到四名，负责本次活动的文字总结报道
[b]三、报名注意事项：[/b]
[/size][size=3][color=red]1.现在开始接受报名，报名方式：(1)本次支持网站中，任一网站发站内消息与这一次活动的组委会任何一人联系，站内消息报名：原名＋网名＋性别＋手机号码＋人数(可直接回贴报名)；(2)电话报名：0755-88847088。
[/color]2.希望有表演特长的，在报名时报上节目名单。节目内容可以是歌曲、相声、小品、舞蹈等。不拘一格。
3.这次聚会的主题是“网友联欢”，希望大家不要拘束，让我们可以从网络中走到现实中来，没有距离，有的是欢乐，总之，你我的认识、你我的开心、你我的交流，是这一次聚会的主要宗旨。
4.也希望大家可以对我们网络论坛的发展、网络论坛的不足提出意见与建议，以便我们未来的发展方向。[/size][size=12px][size=14px]
